The People Behind Dial A Chef
Jamie LaBrash is one half of the team that makes up Dial-A-Chef. Since they opened for business in North Grenville, the quality of life (and food) has improved immeasurably! At events throughout North Grenville, as well as in Ottawa and elsewhere in the region, Jamie can be found prepping food, creating attractive settings for the food she and Erick provide for their contented customers.
As part of Dial-A-Chef, Jamie gives back a great deal to her community, making sure that food does not go to waste as long as there are hungry mouths to feed.
Jamie also provides nourishing meals for a private school in Ottawa, as well as providing meals for busy parents and families in the evenings. Jamie was part of the Farmers' Markets in Kemptville last summer, making delicious breads under the nom de plume: The Crusty Baker. An apt description of an intelligent and curious individual, an avid reader who loves cooking, baking, and playing volleyball with a local team.
