The salads:
- Sun ripened tomatoes with bocconcini cheese basil and balsamic vinaigrette
- Thai rice noodle salad with sesame, chicken and pineapple in a lime and cilantro vinaigrette
- A mesclun mix tossed with our "not-yet world-famous" vinaigrette
- A field cucumber, red onion, sweet pepper and tomato salad with an oregano and olive oil dressing
The meats:
- Marinated loin of pork with cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic,and curry spices
- Beef tenderloin marinated with peppercorn and red wine
